How do I safely lose 110 pounds in the shortest amount of time?
Well, I have to tell you a little about myself if that will be useful. When I was 15, I was around 220–240 pounds. Damn, I was hefty. Also, during that time, I had to move from my home to a school dorm. So basically, my lifestyle changed a lot. I used to walk miles on a regular basis. My food intake was reduced a lot. I played more Football for an hour or so every evening. It was just for an year and I am now 160 pounds. Weight is not reduced so easily. It takes time, work and energy.

1.) You have to walk, jog/power jog, skipping ropes, do cycling. It helps in reducing a lot of weight.
2.) Maintain a balanced diet. Now, this doesn’t mean that not to eat anything. I mean eat whatever and I mean WHATEVER you want to eat but of lesser quantity.
3.) Remember, how much ever you eat, work more than how much you ate. Lets say, you ate around 2500 cal in a day. Burn around 2700 cal. I’m just saying because I know the troubles I had to face.
4.) Chill. Relax. Don’t worry yourself about your weight. Just stay calm and exercise. Eat salads and fruits. Less junk food.

For your information, currently, I’m 18 and I am still like 165 pounds. Also, I graduated from high school an year ago and yes that means, I am not in that dorm but now in a university dorm. I don’t go to a gym (Well, at least, not yet) and I maintain my weight because of my changed lifestyle.
